While experimenting with VarAC, I decided to upload the log entries to logging sites from HRD Logbook. Unfortunately, an error occurred preventing the log upload. The error stated, “Failed to sign the adif with TQSL, see logfile for more information.” Selecting View->Logfile showed that the log entries and indicated the mode DYNAMIC was not supported. I ran across a post somewhere that said to map DYNAMIC to DATA in TQSL.

After launching TQSL, and selecting File->Display and Modify Preferences…, I clicked the ADIF Modes tab. From there, I clicked the Add button and entered the word DYNAMC and selected DATA and clicked OK a couple times. After that I was able to upload VarAC logs to LOTW.
